On September 2, 2024, Caritas Kyrgyzstan launched a new educational project aimed at providing high-quality preparation for 9th to 11th-grade students for the nationwide testing and university admissions. The project will open free courses in Bishkek, Osh, and the village of Suzak in the Jalal-Abad region.
Locations and Subjects of the Courses:
Bishkek: Courses will be held at the Caritas Kyrgyzstan office and will include Kyrgyz and Russian languages as well as mathematics.
Osh: Classes will take place at the Roman Catholic parish of Divine Mercy, with courses in Kyrgyz and Russian languages and mathematics.
Suzak: Courses will be organized at School No. 1 and will cover Kyrgyz language, mathematics, chemistry, and biology.
Project Team: Experienced teachers will be invited to conduct the courses. All necessary educational materials, stationery, and textbooks will be provided to participants.
The project is implemented with financial support from Caritas Korea. It is expected that this initiative will significantly improve the educational level of students and help them successfully pass the testing and enter their chosen universities.
This project is an important step in developing education in the region and supporting young people in achieving their academic goals. Caritas Kyrgyzstan continues to work towards creating opportunities for quality education and improving the preparedness of young people.
