A new project to support families has been launched in Jalal-Abad

October 19, 2024, marked the launch of a new project in Jalal-Abad aimed at supporting low-income families. The project will run for one year, with activities taking place at the Roman Catholic parish of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta in Jalal-Abad. The parish priest, Fr. Janusz Potok, will actively assist the project coordinators and trainers.

At the beginning of the training session, the project coordinator, Sh. Abdugapirov, and the trainer, S. Andreichenko, informed the participants about the start of the new project and announced the theme of the training: “How to take care of yourself to be attractive?”. Afterward, the participants shared their thoughts and opinions on how to be attractive and how to take care of themselves for this purpose.

The trainers explained that everyone is beautiful and attractive in their own way, but it is also important to take care of one’s face and body to look healthy and appealing. Special attention was given to the proper selection of skincare products to avoid harming oneself while trying to look good. As professionals in the field of cosmetic dermatology say, it is better not to take care of the face at all than to do it incorrectly.

The trainers shared effective self-care methods that do not require significant expenses, which is very relevant for the target audience of the training. The participants also exchanged their knowledge with each other.

Overall, the training was successful, with participants receiving answers to their questions. Both the participants, trainers, and organizers were satisfied with the outcomes of the training. The session concluded with a shared meal. Over delicious pilaf and hot tea, conversations about attractiveness and beauty continued.
